What it means
A domain is a website name, such as example.com. A URL is a complete web address, such as https://example.com/boot-care, which can point to a particular page. The distinction matters because some tools investigate a whole website while others inspect one exact address.
An example
For a broad look at a shop’s search coverage, you might enter example.com. To investigate only its boot-care guide, you would use https://example.com/boot-care. Leaving off the page path changes what you are asking the tool to inspect.
How this helps you in Kwordia
Choose Top Domain Keywords for a website-wide lookup and Page Keywords for one page. Deep Audit also needs the full page URL. Read the form’s label and check that the copied address opens the intended content before running the request.
