What it means

Clickstream data comes from observations of browsing and search activity. Providers use the activity they can observe, together with their methods of estimation, to describe broader patterns. It is useful for investigating demand, but it is not a complete record of everything everyone searches for or a report of your own website visitors.

An example

Two reports can give different estimates for walking boots because they use different sources, markets, or methods. The difference is a reason to check what each figure represents, rather than to assume one is an exact count.

How this helps you in Kwordia

In Clickstream Explorer, compare related phrases using the same settings and read the global and market-specific information carefully. If a value is missing, treat it as unavailable information rather than proof that nobody searches for the phrase. Use the results alongside other research.
